Baci Baci, pronounced ba-chee ba-chee, is a neighbourhood osteria in Koramangala, built around simple Italian food, warm hospitality and pizza at its heart.
It’s a place to come hungry, order a few things for the table and take your time. Stay for a glass of wine, a cocktail, a coffee or simply one more slice.
Time Makes the Difference
Our pizza starts the day before it reaches your table.
We use a biga starter and give the dough 24 hours to ferment, creating a crust that is light, airy and full of character, with just the right amount of chew.
Hot Oven. Quick Bake. Happy Table.
Our pizzas go into a high-temperature oven for a quick bake, giving the crust its beautiful char while keeping the centre light and the fior di latte soft and molten.
Simple ingredients. A little heat. A lot of pizza.
